Verdantix challenged MagiClick to design and build a completely new digital platform for the business that encompassed a new website,
client portal and back-office management interface. The project aimed to streamline operations by consolidating tools, improving data access,
and enhancing the overall user experience, leading to greater client satisfaction and engagement.
A New Unified Digital Experience
We delivered a unified website that centralises all Verdantix research and insights, ensuring easy and intuitive access for clients.
Understanding the different user types and creating simplified user journeys focussed on the different needs of technology buyers,
technology vendors, service providers and vendors was a key focus of the user experience design process. In addition to offering
clear and differentiated user journeys to these distinct user groups, the new platform also offers personalised and tailored
content based on specific needs and interests.
Research Portal
As part of the solution users have access to a new Research Portal that gives new and powerful ways to find and interact with Verdantix research.
In addition to new customisable dashboards and intelligent content recommendations based on a client’s subscription,
a new AI-powered search engine enables Verdantix users to easily search deep within the research library for content that is relevant to them.
The platform that MagiClick developed includes user accounts, subscriptions and settings, in addition to the research and insights themselves.
Sitefinity CMS
The platform was delivered on the latest version of the Sitefinity CMS, enabling business users within Verdantix to fully manage and
optimise the platform. This was a complex build, that involved a large amount of custom implementation and data migration of research,
users and subscriptions from their previous platform. In addition to content management features, Back Office users have access to a
comprehensive suite of subscription management and reporting capabilities.

Built to Scale
Given the platform is a critical core system for the Verdantix business, performance and scalability was a key driver for the project.
Their previous platform was experiencing performance issues that were affecting users of the portal and it was critical that
new platform could grow with Verdantix as it continues to scale. We designed and built a scalable new architecture for Verdantix
and validated this through rigorous performance testing throughout the project, with the new portal exceeding the performance
targets given to us at the outset.
